ICS Procurement
ICS locally call for competitive proposals/bids for the procurement of goods and services in a prompt and cost-efficient manner, consistent with the principles of accountability and transparency in compliance with the Financial Regulations and Rules of UNIDO for the implementation of its activities and the maintenance and functioning of its premises under a decentralized procurement scheme
All the local procurement activities are managed by ICS Administration through its Procurement Service, which is responsible for solicitation of offers, awarding and management of contracts and purchase orders in close cooperation with UNIDO substantive branches.
ICS also can open a call for competitive proposals/bids through the UNIDO centralized procurement when a single requisition or a series of related requisitions involves an intended commitment to a single supplier from €20,000 and higher; for further information and for active UNIDO procurement notices, please visit the UNIDO website www.unido.org under the link "procurement"
