Abstract
This pre-feasibility study consists of financial and technological analyses related to the construction of a small sized cement plant in Colombia, specifically in Departamento del Meta (DM). The objective of the project is to provide Colombian institutions with tools for application in their activities and programmes to alleviate housing problems in a number of Colombian regions and areas, taking account of local conditions and the availability of raw materials,energy resources and potential markets
