Networking
ICS-UNIDO is actively networking with research and technology transfer institutions in developing countries, countries in economic transition, as well as in industrialized countries. Networking activities imply the commitment of member institutions to undertake the cooperative efforts, under the coordination of ICS, in the following fields:
- Preparation of international projects (identification of consortium, objectives, tasks, methodology, and management scheme for successful project implementation, identification of potential funding sources).
- Development of e-learning tools and identification of resources and partners for their dissemination.
- Dissemination of knowledge (publications, on-line training manuals, DST, etc).
- Input to the structuring and content of the ICS internal scientific library.
- Extension of a database of institutions - beneficiaries of ICS activities and potential partners for cooperation initiatives in the field of next generation biofuels.
